While your 10% deposit reserves a place for your child, it is not refundable. We realistically understand that plans change as well as that our workshop may not be a perfect match for every student. Please realize that in order to reserve placement of your chid, we have to refuse another if our numbers exceed 12 students per week.

If you decide to withdraw your child from our workshop starting on day one of the workshop, half of your tuition will be refunded, dropping 10% each day thereafter that your child remains with us.

We ask your permission to take photos of your child while he/she is participating in our workshop. We use these as part f our “thank you” to your child after our workshop ends as well as in promoting our Summer Adventure at area Summer Camp Fairs.

In order to ensure the utmost care and safety of your child, we require health, immunization and allergy information the first day your child joins us.
