Ruth Sophia Herman is a Storyteller and Writing Coach. She received her Masters in Expressive Therapies from Lesley University, where she has taught graduate level Language Arts courses for 10 years. She is the founder and director of A Circle of Writers, formerly The Concord Writing Center. Ruth has taught residencies in many local schools, and has loved sharing the reins with Sue Funk in co-teaching the Summer Adventure Workshop for the last 7 years. It is her life's passion to create a safe place for the writer in each of us to speak, one voice at a time.
